Posts are installed on different floors.
Take system Installation on Concrete Floor as an Example
- Preparation
Hammer drill (with drill bit), hammer, open end wrench, all wrench and measuring tape
Step 1

Tools: Hammer drill (with drill bit), hammer, open end wrench, all wrench and measuring tape

Various parts are used for installing machine guarding system.
Step 2

Check the parts needed for installation according to the parts list.

- Installation Steps
The expansion bolt fixes post on the concrete floor.
Step 1

Install the first post, keep it upright firstly. Position the expansion bolts with the hammer drill (JB/ZQ4763-02006 standard) and fix the expansion bolts on the cement floor with the hammer. When you feel the expansion bolts are tight and not loose, tighten the screw nuts with the open end wrench.

To position clamp on post with installation tool.
Step 2

First, quickly determine clamp installation position at the bottom of post with install equipment. Then, slide the clamp to the bottom of the post from the top. Finally, fix bolts on clamp with an all wrench. Other posts can be installed in the same way.

To insert fence bottom into clamp ear of 2 posts.
Step 3

Push the fence bottom into the clamp ears at the lower end of 2 posts. Because there is no clamp at the top of the fence, artificial installations are required to avoid the fence shaking between 2 posts, causing injury to the installer.

Clamps are installed on the upper post.
Step 4

Install clamp into the upper post until it aligns with the fence top, push the fence top into the clamp ear at the top of post, and fix the bolts on the clamp with all wrench.

Plugs and post caps installation steps
Step 5

Add post caps at the top of posts and insert plugs around 4 fence corners (just press lightly by hand or tap them in with a hammer).

Dust covers are installed on the lower post.
Step 6

Integrate 2 dust covers on both sides of post into one. In this way, the guarding system installation is completed.
