Posts for Framework Assembly & Mesh Panel Connection

Post is a kind of hollow square post used to support the machine guarding fencing. Made of Q235 cold-rolled carbon steel square tubes, machine guarding post is durable enough to withstand damages arising from strong wind and temperature change over decades.

These posts are available in three heights: 2150 mm, 2350 mm and 2650 mm, to work with mesh panels for doors to suit to machines and robots of different heights.

Post & Mesh Panel Connection

Posts and mesh panels are connected in two ways: by bolts or by fixed clamps. Posts with prepared holes can be connected to mesh panels directly with bolts for fixing. Posts with limiting holes can be connected to mesh panels with the upper and lower fixed clamps.

Post Base Installation Types

Post bases require different fasteners when being installed on different floor types. The floor types we often install on include concrete floors, wood floors, grating floors and steel plate underneaths and work with expansion bolts, wood screws, J-bolts and hinged bolts respectively for installation and fixing.
