Sliding Doors Sliding Along Rails for Easy Door Open & Close

Swing door is applicable to machine guarding systems where no enough space is left on the outside the entrance and exit for door swing and open. It adopts metal rails to connect with adjacent mesh panels. Sliding door slides horizontally along the metal rail to open and close, which is both convenient and labor-saving.

Weld-mesh panel or crimp-mesh panel may be selected as door panels.

Sliding doors are divided into single sliding doors and double sliding doors. With a maximum width of 1400 mm, single sliding doors are commonly used in the entrance and exit of machine guarding systems to facilitate serviceman access to adjust or repair the machinery. With a maximum width of 2800 mm, double sliding doors are often used in in loading and unloading areas, mold change areas as well as container exit points.

Features
  • Every sliding door is equipped with 2 metal rails that are respectively installed on the upper and lower middle part of the fixed panel and sliding door mesh panel.
  • Sliding doors have the benefit of being on a track, allowing them to glide open and closed quite easily and don't require much strength.
  • As the door slides along a pair of parallel rails, sliding door requires almost no space to be fully opened.
  • Single sliding doors are highly recommended for the entrance and exit of machine guarding systems to facilitate serviceman access to adjust or repair the machinery. Double sliding doors are highly recommended in loading and unloading areas, mold change areas as well as container & forklift exit points.
