Top rail door is a kind of door that slides long the top rail for open and close. It is commonly used in loading and unloading areas of the machine guarding systems and the entrance and exit of mold change incoming areas to protect operators from industrial injury.
In case no enough is reserved on the outside of the entrance and exit for door swing and open, top rail doors or sliding doors are highly recommended.
The difference between top rail door and sliding door lies in that top rail door has its slide rails installed on the top of the door while sliding door has its slide rails mounted on adjacent mesh panel and door mesh panel respectively.
Weld-mesh panel or crimp-mesh panel may be selected as door panels.
Top rail door has a height ranging from 1500 mm to 3000 mm and a maximum width of 3000 mm.
